Terms and Conditions

All orders are packaged to ensure your chocolate arrives safe. We make every effort to protect your chocolate from any damage while it is out for delivery.

Every effort is made to ensure your order is handled correctly by the couriers and no damages occur in transit.

Despite our efforts we cannot control how the courier handles the package once it leaves our factory, breakages are always a possibility that is out of our control.

If you receive your order we request you inspect it on arrival.

If you notice breakages to the chocolate, you must email us within 48hrs of delivery and include images of the box it was delivered in as-well as the damage.

This allows us to open a complaint with the delivery service and begin process to see if you are eligible for refund/replacement.

We cannot offer a refund/replacement/credit if you do not notify us in the time frame specified.

Refunds and replacements are judged and issued on a individual basis. 

Remember broken chocolate is still perfectly fine to eat it will still taste just as delicious.
