Refund policy

All orders are packaged to ensure your chocolate arrives safe. We make every effort to protect your chocolate from any damage while it is out for delivery.

Every effort is made to ensure your order is handled correctly by the couriers and no damages occur in transit.

Despite our efforts we cannot control how the courier handles the package once it leaves our factory, breakages are always a possibility that is out of our control.

You have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a refund if your order arrives damaged.

We require photographs of all damage

All refund requests are dealt with on an individual basis. Please check exceptions.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns based on change of mind as the product cannot be resold once it has been shipped out to you.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Easter Chocolates: Extra care is put into wrapping your Easter chocolates, we can't accept any returns/refunds if the item arrives damaged.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
