Shipping & Delivery

• Free shipping on orders over 75€
• Fastway: 6€ (Usually 1 day, but may take longer during busy seasons)
• An Post: 6.75€
• All Fastway parcels require a signature. If you opt out, it's at your own risk and we are not liable for any loss or damage. No refunds will be issued.
• We ship from Tuesdays to Thursdays.
• 95% of orders placed before midday on working days ship the same day (excluding busy periods).
• Orders placed Friday to Monday will ship the following Tuesday.
• You will receive a tracking number once your package leaves the factory.
• All packages are prepared with care to ensure chocolates arrive in perfect condition.
• If your package does not arrive, notify us and the shipping company.
• In extreme heat, shipping may be delayed to prevent melting — we will email you if so.
• We do not accept returns.

Even if chocolates break but packaging is intact, they are still perfectly edible and safe.

What to do after a failed delivery

1. Check your tracking link – details will show:

• Date and time of the attempted delivery.
• Whether another attempt will be made automatically.
• If the parcel has been redirected to a local collection point or depot.

2. Look for a delivery notice – many couriers leave a card or digital update with next steps.

What happens next with each courier

DPD:

• Usually attempts delivery again the next working day.
• Use the DPD tracking link to reschedule or redirect to a Pickup Point.

An Post:

• May attempt delivery again.
• Parcels are often redirected to your local Delivery Service Unit if not received.
• Instructions are included in your tracking or delivery notice.
