Shipping

Shipping terms and conditions:

We are shipping Tuesdays to Thursdays.

95% of orders placed before midday on working days will be shipped that day.

Orders placed Friday to Monday will be shipped the following Tuesday.

Each order will receive a tracking number once your package has left the Factory and is on its way.

All packages are prepared with care to ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition. If your package does not arrive you must notify us and the shipping company.

During times of extreme heat we will hold off on shipping until temperatures are more suitable. This is to avoid melting in transport, if this happens we will notify you by email of any delays.

We do not accept returns.

Free shipping on orders over 75€

You have the choice of shipping with Fastway or An Post. Shipping rates are €5 for Fastway or €6.50 for An Post.

Fastway

Usually 1 day delivery but can take longer in busy periods such as Christmas. Delays must be expected.

Tracking information can be found on your order. You can directly follow your parcel with the Fastway tracking link. 

You parcel will be signature required. If you don't want this please leave a comment with your order. All parcels left without signature at customer's request are at own risk. We will not accept any responsibility for any damage. No refunds will be issued.
