What to do after a failed delivery

1.  Check your tracking link – details will show:

    - The date and time of the attempted delivery.

    - Whether another attempt will be made automatically.

    - If the parcel has been redirected to a local collection point or depot.

2.  Look for a delivery notice – many couriers leave a card or digital update with next steps.

What happens next with each courier

DPD:

    - Usually attempts delivery again the next working day.

    - Use the DPD tracking link to reschedule or redirect to a Pickup Point.

An Post

    - May attempt delivery again.

    - Parcels are often redirected to your local Delivery Service Unit if not                                  received.

     - Instructions are included in your tracking or delivery notice.
